For items covered under our 30-day warranty (effective from purchase date), we offer dedicated troubleshooting support via email or phone. Eligible manufacturing defects qualify for replacement or full refund, excluding damages caused by improper usage. We strongly recommend consulting the product manual for preliminary diagnostics.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  2. Package items securely using protective materials to prevent transit damage
  3. Select a traceable shipping method (mandatory for orders exceeding $50 value)

Postage reimbursement applies exclusively to verified product defects. Unapproved returns or non-defective items will incur shipping fee responsibilities, including potential redelivery charges.

  • E-Liquids: Strictly non-returnable except for verifiable production flaws or expiration date discrepancies
